All information you see below can and will be interpreted accordingly by ourselves and so to avoid any confusion. There may be changes and variations in the policy which will be updated as and when accordingly. These changes can occur at any time. 

If you provide us with contact details we will use these internally to update you on any information we deem important / of significance. 

Orders can be placed on our website. Please ensure when placing an order all information is accurate whether that be for the items themselves or your details for shipping or contact as once the order is placed we will not be able to make any changes to the order. 

Once completed and an order has been placed you will receive confirmation from ourselves along with an order reference number that needs to be quoted whenever contacting us about an order.

All orders must be placed by an adult aged 18 years at least. The payment used must also be authorised by the owner of said payment method.

If unusual circumstances occur and we are unable to deliver the goods ordered then we will inform you, cancel the order with no 

Products are sold for personal use only. Anything unusual about the purchase will lead to an investigation and cancelation of the order if necessary. These decisions are made at our discretion. Obviously mistakes can happen so if you think we have cancelled an order mistakenly then please do get in contact through our email support@gainzathletics.co.uk

We may decide to not ship an order due to technical difficulties or if we deem there to be an issue with the order/product. We may need to update items to keep with relevant laws and meet requirements which are forever changing and updating, if this ever happens we will be in contact to update the end user. 

We provide fitness gear, including clothing and accessories. The information on our site is 

We have tried to make the products as true to real life as possible, however, pictures on our website will look different on every device depending on screen settings and lighting. So we can’t guarantee that the products will look the same in real life. 

Delivery is free in the UK. Anywhere outside of the UK is charged at a flat rate of £15. Any customs, duties or additional charges that you may incur upon receiving your order will be your responsibility to pay and not ours. 

Please allow 3-5 working days in the UK (may be upto 10 working days) and upto 14 working days outside the UK. Please notify us as soon as possible if you think there is an issue with the delivery of your order so we can investigate. 

We cannot be held responsible for delays out of our control. If this ever occurs we will notify you to explain why there has been a delay. 

All policies for returns match that of those under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act. For more details please feel free to email us. 

We hold the right to cancel your order for whatever reason we deem necessary. However, we will notify and explain the reason and if you think we have made a mistake then we can investigate and reach a resolution.  

Product prices can change at any point in time. 

Payment methods will vary.

Contracts can change hands. Only upon confirmation in writing. The contract will only ever be between 2 parties.
